I didn't see the beginning of the thread, but I've read statistics that
said 99% of all secretaries are female. So even if somebody does refer to
all secretaries as female, there's nothing wrong with that. It's not
sexist because practically all secretaries are female. There are some male
secretaries, but they are extremely rare. Plus, saying someone is sexist
because they referred to a secretary as she, is insulting to men and not
to women. 😎
