Thanks David… Are there any interesting files or programs on CS that I should look at. I'd like to get as much out of my amiga for midi as possible? And could you let me know of any sound effects libraries available to me for the amiga? Thanks Jay

Jay, You might also want to check out the Amiga 'M' demo in the MIDI forum Commodore DL and the Bars & Pipes demo here in either the New Uploads or Audio/MIDI utilities DL. They are a little different than Music-X, but certainly worth a look. You might also want to check out the Copyist demo version here, for scoring. I just saw some sound effects in the new uploads section, but, the only ones that I know of available as a collection are commercial (ECT Sampleware). You might also check out the Audio Data DL here. I'm not big into sound effects myself and am just getting into sound sampling, so possibly another forum member can fill in the void here. There's some good MFF collections in the MIDI forum that you can use with Music-X's MFF converter. Make certain that you have v1.04 of the MFF converter program. If you don't, you can DL it from the MicroIllusions DL in AmigaVendor. Also, Mike Berro just uploaded another Music-X module there called 'Velocity Flattener' or something like that. Hope this helps. 8) David
