John: Trent is correct in recommending Ami-Back Tools and Quarterback Tools but in my mind the two products aren't comparable. At the time that I tried QB two years ago, it was notorious for trashing disks. Sure enough, I used it once and I ended up having to reformat, reinstall, etc. Since then I've used Ami-Back Tools, and their excellent back-up program, without a hitch. In all fairness QB may have improved in the intervening years, but I would approach the product with caution.
