I have been using the VM Studio for about two months with Inscriber CG. The VM
Studio and Inscriber CG replaced a Toaster 4000 and I haven't missed the
Toaster or its CG, at all. (I do miss the 3D effects, though) Inscriber CG
works much nicer than the VM Title driver for professional looking output. The
only complaint I have is the price. $1000 for a piece of DTP software that
prints to the screen instead of the laser printer? Oh well, compared to what
the output looks like from other software packages, Inscriber CG looks great
(even at that point). Good luck. If you find something better, let me know.
Duane,
Thanks for the input. I have a package on the system called Curtain Call
that came with a GVP GLock and at least it is windows based, compared to
the other "cg" I have, Prime Time, which is only DOS based.
But, after using Inscriber on the Alladin, I do realize that I want it for
my FAST.
