Friday night Amigas appeared on the national news (NBC) in a most grisly
fashion. The Puerto Rican government is using the machines to assist in
the indentification of the dead in the tragic hotel fire there. It appears
they are running a database application on the Amigas to make sure that
they give the right bodies to the right families. Nasty way to get on

That is the second time Commodore has come to the rescue! Remember the big
fire/explosion at the MGM Grand in Vegas a few years ago, Commodore
supplied PET's and Silicon Office programs and the personal to help keep
track of the victims also. Sure, it's not a very nice task, but someone
has to do it, and we don't see IBM or APPLE or ATARI running to help out,
do we?!?
