Another source for C-mount adaptors to let you use SLR lenses on your Panasonic WV-1410 camera is Brooklyn Camera Exchange – (718) 462-2892. I use my Nikon 50mm lens with one of their adaptors (and an extension tube) to digitize from 35mm. color negatives. Incidentally, most older 16mm film cameras use C-mount lenses, so good used ones are sometimes available at reasonable prices, e.g., I saw an Angenieux Vario-Switar 18-86mm F:2.5 in very nice shape going for $149 recently.

Actually, that's kind of how I got the Angenieux lens I use at work. Several years ago after the company sold all the 16mm film gear we used for news except for 1 set just in case we had a job for timelapse or other "easier with film effects", I borrowed the lens from it and have been using it since.
