I don't know why this is, but here's what happened to me: I had the GVP
3001 in my machine along with the Microbotics HardFrame and a CBM 2-meg
card. When I switched the 3001 into 68000 mode, neither the HF or the CBM
card would configure. However, if I replaced the HF with the GVP HC-01,
both it and the CBM card DID configure! How this could happen without some
hanky-panky by GVP I don't know. The end result is that you probably
shouldn't worry since you've got a GVP controller.
