Well, Steve, we're not talking about Unix. Amiga Unix does have telnet and rlogin servers. It is the AmigaDOS implementation that doesn't, and I don't know of any programs like 'vi' for the Amiga that use ansi sequences. — Ethan

I know we're talking about Amiga stuff and not about UNIX. You asked what rlogin and telnet give you that rsh doesn't, so I told you. 🙂 The original rsh program doesn't let you mess with tty's across networks. Like I said, it's easy enough to fix, but no one does it. Steve
