Thanks so much for the VERY helpful info. I have been successfull in
downloading and using decompression files. Also, your help with CLI was
helpful as I have never used this.
A couple of questions. I downloaded WBUNDO.LZH but it states i need
arp.Library V39+. Do you know where I can get this?
Also, and icon appeared in my new directory (thanks to you) for WBUNDO. How
did this appear? No other files have [C [D whoops– No other files have an
icon support. Is there someway I can do this with all files?

Quite a few of our programs that demand the arp.library come with it as
part of the archive. Yours apparently did not. Just in case, though, do
read the directory from the CLI to see if it is there. If it is, just copy
it into your libs: directory on your workbench. If it is not there, look
in Library 11 of AmigaTech. At the Lib 11! prompt, type BROWSE ARP* and
the ARP programs will come up for you one at a time. I think the one you
want is ARP13.LZH, but there may be one that has just Arp.library without
having the rest of ARP, and that would be a smaller download.
Someof the files you download will have icons included; others will not.
You can always get a drawer icon by copying Empty.info from your workbench
to the new file. In this case, I suspect that you typed something very
much like:
COPY WORKBENCH:EMPTY.INFO DL:WBUNDO.INFO
That gets the drawer icon, and opens a window. If there are any icon files
in the archive, they will appear in that window. If there are not, you can
try copying another program's icon to the programs (COPY
WORKBENCH:UTILITIES/MORE.INFO DL:NEWDIRECTORY/NEWPROGRAM.INFO) and if the
program was written to run from an icon, this should make it work. Some
programs are intended to run from the CLI only, and you cannot make an icon
run those.
