Where can I found a conversion utility to convert IFF to GIF or TIF. I
have access to an film recorder on the MAC which only reads MAC files.

You can convert many IFF files to GIF using AMGIF, here in LIB 14. There
are also commercial programs for doing conversions: Art Department Pro by
ASDG is one you might look into. ASDG has a section over in AmigaVendor
where you might ask about it.
