as I said kludge. but if you want to use something like that you can either
beat Lattice to put it into their next version, or you can swallow your pride
and get something out. as a former mathematician the example of Gauss and
Cauchy comes to mind. Gauss never published unless it was important. He was
so smart, nothing seemed important. Cauchy published his toilet paper. In
terms of technology transfer cauchy is to be prefered, even if things smell
funny from timme to time. sdp
