#missing routines?

Sorry – I forget who I'm supposed to send this to… The Lattice C 4.0 book mentions dread, dwrite, dopen, dclose, etc. Where are they? Prototypes exist for them (in dos.h, as I recall), but blink doesn't find them. I realize (at least, I THINK I realize) that they are essentially equivalent to the Dos Open, Close, etc., & in fact I've just set up #defines on that assumption, but I wonder if there are any other routines missing? As an aside, it would be nice if somebody fixed blink so it didn't use stdout for prompting for replacements to unresolved routines; it causes confusion if you redirect lc's output, e.g. lc >vd0:err -L whatever

Look in the manual starting on page F-39 for their descriptions. I haven't looked in the amiga.lib, but would presume it's in there.
