This version looks pretty finalized to me. I'm suprised that they
could release it with an over the counter product without Commodore's
approval. If you have any questions about it I'll be glad to answer them.

Andy Finkel of CBM said in a later message that certain
manufacturers were permitted to ship the 1.3 drives with their product with
the understanding that newer drives may be available and that purchasers
would be able to upgrade to the newer drives when they were generaly
