I sow very fine seed by rolling it between my first finger and thumb as I
move my hand over the soil surface — much as you would sprinkle salt on
food if the salt were in a dish. In fact, you might want to try this first
with salt or granulated sugar. I put the seed in the palm of my left hand,
then take up a pinch with my right. Hope this helps.
