Am looking for companies which sell small quanitities of vegetable/fruit
seeds and tools suitable for tropical agriculture. Company should be able

The ECHO project in North Fort Meyers, FL is a good place to start. This
Christian outreach project does incredible work researching tropical
agricultural techniques and tracking down the best varieties of food crops
for tropical third world ag. Last time I checked they were making small
quantities of seed available to the public. I'll track down their address
if you're interested.
