This is driving me crazy….I have an Amiga 2000 (rev 4.4) with a 2620
accelerator. I recently installed Rev 2.04 kickstart ROM, and the ROM
update for the 2620. The problem is that with the new 2620 ROM's installed
I cant get the system to boot. I have to use the old 2620 ROM's and boot
into the 68000 mode.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to get this thing to work, I have 4 MEGS
of RAM on my 2620 that I have not been able to use it for a few weeks now.
Sounds like you either installed the new 2620 ROMs wrong (backwards
or in the wrong sockets) or that they're bad.
Also, you did cut that jumper across the 2.04 ROM didn't you?
