Ah! So I'm not alone!
By jitters… what do you mean?
A) When the computer starts up, the whole picture is sort-a fuzzy and
shifty but that ends after a while… its as if the monitor forgets
what's supposed to go where….
B) While the switch in the rear is set to Analog, the display changes
to TTL. ARGH!
Both are happening to me 🙁

By jitters, every now and then, the screen would jump up and down rapidly
as if I were running some screen hack like Blur and then go away. Perhaps
a few minutes later, it'd do it again and stop. Not everyone has this
problem and I did notice that if I found a certain spot while adjusting the
screen position with the pots, the screen was stable and no jitters would
occur. My problem was that this spot went away and the monitor had the
jitters non-stop. Yech! My new NEC 3FGx has NO jitters but it doesn't
work in PAL nor does it work with the display enhancer off (I've got a
3000) and it's not supposed to anyway.
