Will GIF handle data in both bitmap and object form (like Mac PICT)? I
sure prefer object graphics for small file-size, but would hate to be
restrictive.
I recommended TIFF, but as I think about it, I believe TIFF is for
bitmapped images only. Not really very satisfactory.
Perhaps I'll look around CIS for a graphics conversion utility and put it
in DL1 here. After all, not everyone's graphics program will read/write
GIFs.
