Transport Controller was designed for just that purpose; editing short
segments together seamlessly. Right now, if you want to use Sculpt and
don't want to save images to disk, you must use the BCD controller (also
supported by Transport Controller). I uploaded the file "TCCOMP.ARC" into
dl10 of AmigaVendor; it'll prolly be a few days before it's made accessible
by the Sysop. It's short, and should help you decide. With frame buffers,
VCR control is even more essential. When MicroIllusions' frame buffer is
available, I will have a page-flipper for it. I can easily write one for
any other frame buffer, if I can get the specs. I think I can say that
TSilver is working on Transport Controller compatibility. I will approach
Sculpt again about it after the new year. —Mike
