Hello Tom, sorry to hear that our phone system has been a frustration. I am on the road again (still?)<g> and indeed wacking this out at about 32,000ft but let me do what I can to clarify the CD-ROM situation. As I think you understand, this CD-ROM only comes with the Autodesk MultiMedia Explorer package. In fact it IS the package!! This CD-ROM contains ALL the files that make up the Explorer product. This includes over 600Mb of clips, gifs, cels, presentations, information on other products, product demos, the complete Autodesk Animator package, the Windows player program for Animator, and no doubt a whole bunch more that I am forgeting, but you get the idea. <g> Secondly, in case the names cause any confusion Autodesk Animator Pro is a COMPLETELY INDEPENDANT package. While there is a wonderful transition from AA to AniPro they stand completely by themselves. Just to completely baffle everyone, what we did was to repackage AA as the key component of MultiMedia Explorer, add all the extra goodies I mentioned above, and lowered the price! Bottom line: we no longer sell AA as a standalone package, but rather as a much enhanced collection called MultiMedia Explorer. As you can see then, about the only way you can get the CD-ROM disk is to purchase MM Explorer and get the whole enchilada!! <g>
