Quite honestly, I havn't tried to take a sequence of video captures to a
flic. I usually always lay to video tape. When I grab a sequence of
video, I usually use it as a texture in 3D Studio, so I don't have any
insight on going to a flic. The noise problem you may be having with your
flics could be that the pallettes of each frame is different from the next.
You might try the One Pallette option and see if that helps. TGRAB5 is a
program provided by BCD Animation controllers that allows you to grab a
sequence of successive video frames and save them to disk.
