#Zoom P causes !@#$ regen

Is there something that can be done about these regens? I'm going crazy
with some of these drawings. Every time I do a zoom p I have to sit
through a regen on some drawings.
My company has invested over $20,000 in AutoCAD and I can't even do a
bloody osnap half the time!

If you're in paperspace, you're stuck. Otherwise, try using Zoom Vmax
rather than Zoom Previous.

Hi Larry,
I do use zoom V, but zoom p is programmed onto one of the buttons on my
puck. Zoom V requires me to say *NO*, I DON'T WANT TO REGEN, type zoom v
on the keyboard (it's not on my tablet).
It's not that big a deal, but it interrupts my concentration and slows me
down. Yesterday I was racing to meet a deadline (4 donuts, 1 for
breakfast, 1 for lunch and 2 for dinner) and it seemed that every other
time I preesed the zoom p button I got nailed.
Things are much better today. (chocolate covered almonds and pizza)

Regarding Zoom Vmax – you shouldn't get the "Do you want to REGEN" option
this way – Vmax should automatically zoom to the largest virtual screen
that AutoCAD can handle at that time, regardless of whether it was your
last display or not. Check it again, I think this is the way it work.
