I've been saving your message for awhile. It seems you have looked at the
performance question between platforms a bit.
Autodesk will soon release R11 on the IRIS Indigo RISC PC and we're pretty
excited aobut the performance of AutoCAD on it. We've found that MIPS is a
poor proxy of the performance that AutoCAD users actually get and so we're
eager to get people to give us some early feedback on what performance they
get on an IRIS.
Any chance that you plan on taking a look?
