I am having a problem running Acad386 on a ALR Business Veisa. With a clean installation, the program will not load giving an instruction exception and an address. The only way the program will load is to install QEMM (version 6.01) and then the program will load. The only problem is that the computer reboots whenever I quit Autocad or whenever I shell out to DOS to run a command. The particulars are ALR Business VEISA, 17MB ram, V1.00.11A system bios, MSDOS 3.30, Video7 VRAMII w/1MB, running QEMM386 with novideofill, or VRAMII's ram and rom areas excluded. Nothing seems to work. However, the software runs fine if I run Autocad under Desqview ??????????????? Any help would be appreciated.
