I see in a recent ad in BYTE that Mathematica has come out with
their TEMPRA Multimedia package -which, their add says, supports Animator
PRO. Do you have any experience of this product? It is said to work under
both DOS and WINDOWS; the DOS option sounds attractive.

Sorry Stephen, I've never used Tempra. I'm intruiged by their claim of
support for the flic format, however! Let me know what you think once you
evaluation it, please.

I bought the Tempra Pro package, and will get the show package for free,
thru the Media '92 show. The Pro paint packages saves in GIF format, and
seems to have some features that may enable me to clean up captured images
more efficiently than Animator Pro. I am hoping that the SHOW program will
enable me to play FLC files alternating with 16 bit captured images – if I
can get the whole thing to work with something like the SNAP Plus board
from Cardinal. I may be dreaming though… Any feedback?
Since I don't have any experience with the software, all I can say is…
good luck!
