Try Image Alchemy..($100-200). There is a demo somewhere on Compuserve. We use
the 386 version to convert TGA files at the command line to the HP RTL format
and then dump them to the 650c for color poster plots. The process works
great once you finnally tweak all of its command line parameters, but getting
there is not for the faint of heart. Alchemy Tech support would probably be
