I am wondering if anyone else out there has a Power Computing HD floppy
drive. I have one and I am starting to have problems with it. This is
actually my second drive (I exchanged the first one after experiencing the
same problems). The drive seems to be flakey when formatting. I can
format a disk on a Mac, IBM, and on an internal 4000 HD drive but not on
this one. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Jonathan,
First you must be running Kickstart 2.04 or later and you must install
the software patch before attempting to format or write to a HD disk.
If you are doing all of this and you are in North America, call DKB at
(810) 960-8750 and describe your problem. If you are in the UK or Europe,
call Power Computing in the UK.
