Ron, A few things…first, you message came thru in all caps. That makes them hard to read. If you didn't have your caps lock key on, then your CIS parameters need to be changed. Also, if you see this message as all caps, you'll need to change your CIS parameters as this message is in mixed case. To do those changes, type GO TERMINAL at any CIS ! prompt and follow the menus to set CAPS LOCK OFF and SUPPORTS UPPER/LOWER case. Now, to your problems. Which printer driver have you selected from Preferences? Which version of the Operating System are you using (1.2 or 1.3)? As to downloading and the .arc stuff. Read the file ARC.HLP in LIB 1, that'll explain what arc is and how to use it. Then go to LIB 4 and download the file ARC.EXE which is the program file you'll need. Don

Ron, I'll help you with your problems if you'll release your caps lock and type in lower case. Bargain? Now, on the printer, what driver are you using, and how have you set up your printer on the preferences screen? Also, how are you sending the codes for those italics, etc.? From a program set up to do it, or how? On downloading – first get ARC.EXE from Lib4 and put it in your C directory as ARC. Second, capture ARC.HLP from Lib1, and read it carefully. It tells you how to use ARC. Then, download a file and try following the instructions in ARC.HLP. If you need more help, ask us. We'll be glad to help. Betty

Betty Thanks for the info on ARC, I'll let you know how it works. As far as my printer troubles, I guess I need help in selecting the proper driver. I am currently set up in preferences on Okidata_292 where I got the best results. (boldface and underline) I do not have a program to send codes for italics etc.Any help would be appreciated. Ron

I assume that you went through Lib7 (I think that's the number for printer drivers) to see if there was an exact match. And have you looked in the enhancer manual to see if they had suggestions there? Betty
