I would be very interested in talking to anyone who has used : 1)
Progressive Peripherals Frame Grabber, or 2) A-Squared System's LIVE-2000 to
capture color images real time from a camcorder or VCR. So far on CIS, I have
not seen even one message from someone who uses either of these devices. Are
they real devices ? Do they work ? How Well ?
If you have either one of them I certainly would appreciate even a short
message telling how well they work.
I have Live! for the 2000. The best HAM pictures I have been able to grab look
poor poor when compared to DigiView stills. Pictures I have seen made by the
PP framegrabber look better. Of course, there are other differences between
the products but best picture goes to the frame grabber.
