I would like to download the brief descriptive summaries of programs in the data library without having to respond to the disposition prompt @ end of each summary. ie: I want to go to the next file description without the prompt!??? any thoughts Thanks for your help. Pat O'Brien

Pat, there's an easy way to do that. Rather than use the BROwse command, use the S (Scan) command with the /DEScription qualifier. To get the descriptions of all the files in a DL, just type "S/DES". For all files that start with the letter "A", and are less than 2 weeks old, enter "S A?????.*/DES/AGE:14". You can also search for files according to their keywords, for instance "S/DES/KEY:FINANCIAL". – Bela
