You know, it would solve the whole problem if they'd let us edit
the "zzz" image the way you can the pointer. Then you could have
an identical pointer if you no like "zzz", or you could have the
thing produce a rude message (my preferance, actually), whatever
you wanted. But, noooo…. zzz you see, zzz you get. Mmmmph.

Hmmm…. many programs have a different pointer shape for a busy
indication, so it isn't impossible. All we need to do it figure out how to
edit the darned thing and link the new one in.
Oh, I know it's *possible* — I just think it ought to be in the
preferences, like the primary pointer image. That shoud be enough for them
to do. –Ben–

Someone should be able to come up with a small shareware able to do the ZZZ
change. Any takers?
Well…. it's the preferances program that needs the change… and without
the source, it's a complete re-write. On the other hand… hmmm….
