OK, Stan. I merged the one in Arts LIb10, and will do this the next time I
sign on – if someone hasn't already done it.
Let me add here, as I did in Arts, that people might want to get SysCHk.ARC
from Tech, Lib14 to use in conjunction with IRQKIL.ARC. It will automatically
check all commands in C:, the libraries, the devices, and the like – the things
that you would not be likely change. You'd have to keep up with your own
startup-sequence, but SysChk would probably do all the rest for you.
