Can anybody give me some information on the description/use/calling
sequence of the InitSemaphore and ObtainSemaphore functions? The
description in the 1.2 Enhancer manual is useless. I have tried to get the
DOCS disks from Commodore technical support, but apparently CATS is some
sort of "Black Hole" where requests for information go in, but nothing ever
comes out.
