I just got the AC Basic compiler in the mail today, and wanted to see if
anyone else on the forum has the compiler and can help me with a quirk I've
noticed in compiled programs. In the compiled program, whenever text is being
printed to the screen, either with PRINT or INPUT, the screen will flash just
as if someone quickly turned off the display, and then turned it back on
again. I looked through the book to see if there was any special compiler
option that I needed to set, but didn't notice any. Could be a compiler bug,
but if you have any ideas, it sure would be appreciated. By the way, I was
talking with one of the programmers at Absoft, and version 1.3 will be out
real soon. So if it is a compiler bug, hopefully it will be corrected in the
new version.
