Brian,
The pallet I am using for ALL of the images and .flc's is the one created by
the aaWIN convert program which deleted and replaced the first and last 10
colors. There is still a shift in the other colors in the pallet, even though
all of my .BMP files I am using as backgrounds etc. are using the same pallet
as the .flic. (This pallet was extracted by loading the .flc into Microsofts
Video editor and extracting the pallet. The extracted pallet was then applied
to all of the BMP files using BitEdit .) By using a pallet viewer, I can see
the shift when the Animation player gets control. It is only a color or two,
but it causes the screen to flash for a moment.
