Hello, Does anyone know if you can put a Bump map and a Flat Mirror Reflection Mapping together. I've tried and seem to can't get it to work? It works with Spherical Reflection Mapping.

>>Automatic flat reflections with a bump map<< Sure, Greg. I do it all the time for water effects, where the water.sxp is used as a bump map, and a flat-reflection is applied as well to reflect what is in the water. Be sure your material is applied at the *face* level, and only to co-planer face or faces. If your rendering status line is very fast during reflection map stage, you're probably doing something wrong in the material or the application of it. If is is slow, then a ref map is being built, but you just aren't seeing it yet. Crank the ref slider up high to start and back it off with test-renderings until you have the proper amount of reflection. -Alan Iglesias
