Now a proud owner of an A1200… I can say my A1000 served me very
well for over 7 years… which was why I bought a 1200 even with the
recently discussed problems.
Although not a great analogy… the Sinclair computer took a LONG time
to die after they were discontinued! (I still have mine, with it's
whopping 1k of RAM… it sits right beside my MicroAce in a closet
someplace!)
