Yesterday, I mentioned a problem installing the Toaster software and
in passing, I knocked some trivial glitches with the SunRize AD-516.
Falling asleep, it struck me that it was only fair to mention the
superb support I got from SunRize while having installation problems
with their board and software. While the Studio 2.0 manual is pretty
weak, Tony and Doug of SunRize did a great job of overcoming it, and
got me up and running in time to complete a project with flying
colors (whatever "flying colors" are) and my customer left happy,
satisfied, and poorer. Tony and Doug spent over an hour on the phone
with me over several days and they really cared about making sure
everything worked correctly. They know their product in detail and I
appreciate their support.
If the Studio 3.0 manual is as good as the technical support staff,
Tony and Doug may find themselves as lonely as the legendary Maytag
repairman.
