Barry, when you are at the "FUNCTION:" prompt – Type r;s;s;spreadsheet This
means Read;Search;Subject;spreadsheet in the message base. If you don't do
this soon the messages will scroll off as there are only a limited amount of
messages that can be maintained. After you type this command you will be
asked for a msg # to start at. Since you haven't read any of the msgs about
spreadsheets give it the first msg # there is (it will tell you the msg start
and end numbers). What I was trying to explain before is that you can also
Search with the key for From (msgs from specific people) or To, as well as
reading individual msgs reading forward, backward etc. There are helpfiles in
DL0 that covers most of this stuff. Hope this helps. Marlene
