The voices you hear, are that of the lovely Clare Edgeley, the PR lady at
Rainbird's HQ (London, England).. and yes, she has a very pronounced
English accent (… and a slightly less pronounced lithp!)

For the tekkies here, the voices were sampled at 6 khz… but most sound
effects needed about 8 khz to keep the quality high. Most instruments in
the music were sampled much higher.. eg: cymbols & hihats at 25 khz, to
preserve the top end frequencies.. whereas Bass was only at 8 khz.
