I have noticed the same problem. However from what I've been able to tell it's
not an MS problem. rather it is an APC problem. You probably noticed that the
red low battery light is on when the UPS comes back on line. An unfortunately
it seems that the UPS is reporteing a failed condition, but the UPS can be
reset if the test button is depressed and then the service can be restarted.
If you find out anything different I'd like to hear about it. Right now I'm
checking with APC to see if I can do anything about the situation.
