Is it possible to render video-post from the command-line? As far as I know, this isn't possible, but this is really hard to believe.

It is even easy than you imagine it should be if you have version 3.0. Set everything up in VP and select render. When the render dialogue comes up select the network queue instead of disk. Check your advanced rendering docs. Then put the machine in slave mode from the Network pull down menu. The queue takes over and renders whatever jobs you have set up in the Net Queue. This is an over simplification <g> but it works great. Of course if you have render from the command line, you will find instructions detailing that in those same docs. Hope this gets you started in the right direction.
