I think that only a certain range is allowable under 2nd Class permit
regulations, Steve. There may even be differences on this score between the
U.S. and Canada. I'm not really sure (but you can bet that Croftward IS
now) This isn't the first mail snarl either. Who could forget our mailing
house putting everything out of Postal Code order? Another 2nd Class rule.
