Has anybody performed a memory test on a Progressive Peripherals '040 accelerator for the A2000 using the manufacturer's Memtest program ? The documentation doesn't explain how to configure the board for testing. Thanks.

hi, re: testing memory-which documentation are you referring to ? my zeus manual, oct. 1992, page 42, has the scoop on memtest- jumper a1 & A2 on, and place a semicolon in front of Init040 so NO MEMORY is configed by Zeus run memtest… hope this helps…. kevin

I am not certain but, If I remember correctly there must be a jumper set to perform the memory test and you must comment out loading the Zeus software on boot. I just sent off my manuals to the Zeus's new owner but I am fairly certain that's how it was done. Shawn Silent Paw Productions
