Marty, Thanx for reply. You mentioned CISTRN…is that a better telecom
package than xmodem?

CISTRN.100 is not as flexible as XMODEM.312 and doesn't have the bells
and whistles of the latter. It uses CompuServe A file transfer protocol and
does not allow downloading with plain Telcom. Unlike the XMODEM series for the
Model 100, Tandy 200, and NEC 8201A the CISTRN.100 program is machine language.
For about a year, it was the only protocol transfer program available for the
Model 100.
