Am looking for something that could do the following, or allow me to create the
following without having to pull up my old C++ or VB software:
I would like to create a "Virtual Window" (as there are none at my current
assignment) where I could have a small window running in Windows with a view
on, say, a mountain meadow, and then click on the window to bring it to
full-screen as a sort of screen saver.
This Virtual Window should show the seasons, and varied weather appropriate
for the season (not necessarily the actual weather mind you). It would also
allow for varying flows of time (1sec = 1min or 1 hr. or 1 day), and would show
some changes on the long scale as well as the seasonal changes…
Pointers to such will be greatly appreciated!
