Help, Does anybody have any recomendations for an external VGA to NTSC
converter. I am looking for good quality to go out to VHS or SVHS tape. I have
a Willow Laptop TV. I have not tried it yet but the documentaiton is dated
1992. There has to be some improvements since then. Does anybody have any info
on this board? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have seen things from the very low end like the Visionetics Porta-Show Plus
to the high-end like the Scan-Do and I think the major difference seems to be
in features like hardware based zooms, and control functions.
You can spend $300 to $2000 on these things, and depending on your applications
there should be a device that provides the right features/ quality for the
price.
