I'd like to play a flc in MS Powerpoint 4.0 and have some questions. 1. Can I do it? 2. Can it play without the border and title bar? 3. Is there any way to convert a flc file to either quicktime or AVI format? Thanks Mike

<<1. Can I do it?>> Yes. Download the file FLICIN.TXT for complete instructions. Basically, you will be inserting the Flic using the media player. <<2. Can it play without the border and title bar?>> No. Powerpoint calls up the media player, the media player calls up the animation Windows player. The no title choice works on the media player, but since it is actually a Windows player window that the animation is in, the command has no affect. <<3. Is there any way to convert a flc file to either quicktime or AVI format?>> Sure, check out VFD.ZIP for one example. There are many others. But do you need to if you can play the FLC directly? -Brian
