Just some comments on Animator Pro. Of extreme use to me is the ability
to use poco programs to write custom operations. This is of particular use for
artificial life type programs which I send to video tape. I hope such a
programming tool will be present in Animator Studio.
Now the frustration with APro. I constantly use the render to tape
approach in 3D Studio to avoid filling up disk space and to allow for "week
long" animation to tape sessions without interruption. I would be very happy if
animator pro (or its subsequent release) would render directly to video tape
without disk and flitape operations.

I too am a fan of POCO. My students use it all the time. The show 'Em program
is super. I hear it will not be in the new release. That's unfortunate.
I vote to keep poco.

It's good to hear that others find the flexibility of using one's own
programming can multiply the uses of an already sophisticated program.
