#Another Farewell

Dear friends,
It has become obvious that the Studio City forum is now dormant, or
should I say, has been allowed to die?
A few people are dropping in, but not enough to get anything done.
It was a good dream, but with no homeland or suport from the forum it
cannot exist.
I am moving on to other interests. Those of you who want to be part of
my city tape at Siggraph can send me an e-mail. I will look in here
periodically, but I don't see a library, or any willingness on the part of the
powers that be to cooperate. q Have a happy life. I withdraw my offer to do a
newsletter. Contact me personally if you want to do a project. I am convinced
that if we had been allowed to pursue this project, it would already have been
mostly completed. I do not know who stopped it and I no longer care. I am going
back to learn more about 3DS.

Please do check in from time to time. There will be a collaborative
project (Main Street) within a few weeks in the Showcase StudioCity section.
It would be great to have some of your work in there. No reason you can't go
ahead with any ideas you have, design your own city plan, "make your own
rules," etc., and ask for participation. Kind of like the portal worlds
concept… that's what I'm doing.
I'll give you a jingle some time in the next week or two.
